2. Description of Service

Dartblaze is a framework and Command Line Interface (CLI) tool that enables developers to develop Firebase Cloud Functions using the Dart programming language. The Software is currently in beta/development stage and is not recommended for production use.

3. Google Cloud Platform Costs

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that using Dartblaze will result in the deployment of functions to your Google Cloud Platform (GCP) account, which may incur charges from Google.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for monitoring and managing your GCP usage and associated costs, understanding GCP's pricing structure and billing practices, setting up appropriate billing alerts and limits, and any and all charges incurred through your use of the Software.

The Software developer(s) and maintainer(s) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any costs, charges, or fees incurred through your use of GCP services, regardless of whether such charges were expected or unexpected.

4. Beta Software Warning

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND IS CURRENTLY IN BETA/DEVELOPMENT STAGE. You acknowledge that the Software may contain bugs, errors, and other issues. Features may be incomplete or subject to change. The Software may be unstable or perform inconsistently. Documentation may be incomplete or inaccurate.

USE IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED. If you choose to use the Software in a production environment, you do so entirely at your own risk. No warranty or guarantee of any kind is provided. The developers assume no liability for any consequences.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

The developers make no warranties regarding the Software's reliability, availability, or ability to meet your requirements. No warranty is provided for the accuracy or completeness of any outputs or results, or the compatibility with any other software or systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, business interruption or downtime, or any other damages or losses arising from the use of the Software.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages were foreseeable, you were advised of the possibility of such damages, or the limited remedies provided fail of their essential purpose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or any damage caused to any systems, networks, or environments.

8. Changes to Terms

The developers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
